He has a strong track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value infrastructure and commercial projects across multiple sectors, including aviation, marine, retail, and real estate.
Throughout his career, Irfan has demonstrated the capability to lead projects through the entire lifecycle—from inception and design through execution and handover—ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. His expertise spans project delivery strategy implementation, team leadership, and performance optimization. He is skilled in identifying construction constraints, assessing project risks, interfacing with stakeholders, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays and ensure smooth project progression.
